Who doesn’t love tater tots??? This recipe combines everything you love plus a delicious layer of tater tots on the top. Tater tot casserole is simple, delicious, and perfect for a quick dinner on those busy weeknights. Plus it is total comfort food which everyone needs from time to time 😉
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn (drained)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheese (we used cheddar)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cook beef and onion together in a skillet. Once cooked, add soup, corn, sour cream, and milk.
- Pour mixture into a 13×9 pan and top with frozen tater tots (in a single layer). Cover the top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are fully cooked.
