Ever since we moved into our new home I’ve been going crazy in the kitchen. Yesterday, I made peach cobbler with fresh peaches from the fruit stand down the road and this morning I wanted to try oven baked chocolate chip pancakes. I think I might have a major sweet tooth this week, but no one around here is complaining. I found this recipe in my Betty Crocker Cookbook, but have never tried it before. It was SO GOOD.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 400 F. Using a 9-inch glass pie plate and the oven, melt butter, and spread it on all sides of the pie plate.
- Mix eggs, flour, milk, and chocolate chips. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
