Since I do love treats like milk and cookie shooters, I try to keep a balance by eating as healthy as I can on a daily basis. The easiest way I have found to be sure to get my servings of fruits and veggies is drinking a morning smoothie. You can literally almost throw any kind of fruits and veggies together in the blender and come out with a delicious smoothie, but these are the ingredients I used for my morning smoothie recipe today.

- 1/2 avocado (pitted)
- 8-10 strawberries (cut in half)
- 3-4 kale leaves
- 1/2 red apple (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 ice cubes
- 12 oz water
I simply put these ingredients into my Ninja in the order which I’ve typed them, blend, and enjoy!
