Crockpot Jalapeno Ranch Corn Dip
ingredients for instant pot spinach and artichoke dip
You will need…
- 12 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 oz package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Colby & Monterrey jack cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
How to make instant pot spinach and artichoke dip
STEP ONE: Place spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken stock, green onions, and garlic in the Instant Pot and stir until well combined.
STEP TWO: Select manual setting and set time for 3 minutes. Make sure the Instant Pot valve is set to sealed.
STEP THREE: When finished, release the pressure on Instant Pot. When pressure is fully released, open the Instant Pot and stir in the cheddar cheese and the Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese until well combined.
STEP FOUR: Serve warm with tortilla chips!
