These crock pot ranch pork chops are fall-apart tender and juicy. They only take a few minutes to prep and a few hours in the crock pot. This is one of my go to busy night meals!
Growing up I never liked pork chops. They were always too dry tasting for me. So I never really cooked them as an adult, at least not regularly. Then I tried cooking them in the crock pot and that totally changed the pork chop game for me. They are SO good and tender if cooked on low in the crock pot. My kids and husband love this recipe too!
This recipe is so incredibly simple. 4 ingredients and 3 steps. It really doesn’t get much better than that. Perfect for busy weeknights!

WHAT TO SERVE WITH RANCH PORK CHOPS
Butter Noodles or Mashed Potatoes: My family prefers butter noodles with this meal, but mashed potatoes would be just as good. I love spooning the sauce from the bottom of the crock pot onto the pork chops and noodles on my plate.
Vegetable: This meal would pair well with a side salad, but we normally do spinach or green beans.
