For this recipe, you will need:
- 16oz box penne pasta
- 1lb mild ground italian sausage
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1tsp italian seasoning
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 8.5oz jar Julienne cut sundried tomatoes (my favorite brand is Bella Sun Luci, the jar with Italian herbs).

STEP ONE: Cook pasta according to package.
STEP TWO: In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage until no longer pink. Once cooked, remove Italian sausage from skillet and set aside on a plate.
STEP THREE: Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until thickened.
STEP FOUR: Once thickened, add spinach and (DRAINED) sundried tomatoes and cook until spinach starts to wilt. Add sausage and drained pasta and stir until well mixed and heated throughout.
